October 9th, 1970 JKF was recognized by WUKO (now WKF)
March 29th, 1972 JKF was recognized by Japan Sports Association
September 23rd-24th, 1978 Karate participated in Japan National Sports Festival Nagano as demonstration event
September 13th-16th, 1981 Karate participated in Japan National Sports Festival Shiga as an official event
